We accept, pack, and ship out all orders within 1-2 business days. Prescription glasses take up to 5 business days to be prepared (for LAB, photochromic, tinted, and QuartzBlue lenses, preparation time may vary).
Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time will depend on your location and delivery method selected during the checkout:
Spain: Standard 2–3 days | Express 1–2 days
Europe: Standard 2–4 days | Express 1–2 days
Rest of the World: Standard 3–6 days | Express 2–4 days
For non-E.U. Countries: Customs clearance might delay the delivery time, and import duties and fees may apply upon delivery. We recommend consulting your country's official government website for detailed information about importing goods.
