I love the glasses. I received the frame a bit damaged on first delivery and could not get my -3.75 eyes adapted to your prescription lenses type either. I returned them and ordered same model without prescription with no issue. Customer service was good. I have taken the frame to an optic to put the type of lenses I use. Thanks!

I bought a pair of glasses from Barners a few weeks ago, so now would be a great moment to write a review about the purchase. First of all without talking about the product yet, the service is really great. Since I wanted to buy glasses with prescription (myopia plus astigmatism) and it was my first time buying online these kinds of glasses, I was pretty nervous if everything will be alright. However when I contacted Barner via messenger, they gave me a thorough instruction on how to prepare the prescription and what information they require. Furthermore they answered every questions that I asked which was great. About the product, I really like the design in general. The virtual try on does help me get an idea of how the glasses will look like on my face. But one thing to take into consideration is that you should know your pupil distance (PD) so that the simulation shows a more correct size of how the glasses would be im comparison to your face's size. At first the glasses were pretty stif but it gets better over time.Now I already feel comfortable having them on. So, definitely I will be back if I get to buy another pair some day.

Arm Stuck

I really like them and depend on them - but the left arm joint has become stiff and I really hope the joint does not fail. Should I oil it or loosen it??
